Hi, I’m Jess! I know what it’s like to have an up and down relationship with food too. In the past I had tried macro counting, cleanses, low carb… you name it! They all left me feeling anxious, tired, confused about what I ‘should’ be eating and HUNGRY.

Until I found Moderation 365 (Food Freedom). It was the easy, functional nutrition practice I needed. Suddenly I had more energy, less stress and I was enjoying food again! When the creator announced a certification I KNEW, I just knew it was the ONLY nutrition coaching I could ethically and whole-heartedly offer my clients.

Will I lose weight following this program? 

That is NOT the goal of Moderation 365. Our goal is to shift your mindset surrounding food, increase satisfaction and decrease cravings. If weight or fat loss is something that is REALLY important to you, I can refer you to someone safe who can help you achieve this.

Will you give me a meal plan to follow?

Nope. This isn’t THAT kind of program and it’s out of my scope to give meal plans. We CAN discuss ideas, recipes and all things delicious though!

What if we start and I realize this isn’t for me?

Firstly, if you’re not sure- then you’re not ready for this program. BUT on the off chance we get to that point, ask to schedule a 1:1 call with me and we’ll work it out. I can give a partial refund if we’ve already started. 

SIX MONTHS?

Yep. Big changes take the longest. This ISN’T going to be ‘something you did that one time.’ Food Freedom is going to be the way you eat FOR LIFE. I know it seems daunting, I know it’s a BIG commitment. You CAN do this, and i’m going to be there every step of the way.
