Resistance training has been shown to INCREASE bone density, PROTECT your joints from injury, help to MAINTAIN flexibility and balance, which can help you REMAIN independent as you age.

Who am I?

I come to you with over 10 years of coaching experience but also with several certifications in the areas of prenatal/postpartum, osteoporosis prevention, nutrition and running.

I have spent time working in rehab with people who are injured, recovering from joint replacement surgeries or working to improve their bone density, balance in order to stay independent. A LOT of these ailments are preventable if you start NOW.

While none of them were the same, the prescription was - CONSISTENT RESISTANCE TRAINING.

FAQ’s:

What is the minimum commitment?

I’m glad you asked! This program has a 4 MONTH MINIMUM. Why? Simply put, change takes TIME. This program is about consistency and progression - you won’t see that if you stop too soon.

Can you make some changes to my program?

I can offer some ideas for modifications or exercise substitutions but it IS templated so I can’t make it totally individual - I DO have options for individual coaching if that’s what you need!

What equipment do I need?

The program is designed to be done with dumbbells and bands.

If you don’t have access to a gym, I would recommend a lighter set (something you can lift overhead) and a heavier set (something for lower body work) and a couple bands of different resistance.

How much does the program cost?

For the initial launch period you’ll get all the support you need for 75$ per month - after that, new members will get it for 85$ per month

Can I get a refund?

Once I have set you up on the program and uploaded the workouts I cannot refund you. But if you’re a couple months in and truly it’s not for you, we can chat and work something out.

Will this help improve my other activities?

ABSOLUTELY! Whether it’s pickleball, golf, dancing, biking or just activities of daily living - the benefits of resistance training are ENDLESS.

I’ve never lifted weights before, Is this going to be too hard for me?

It’s hard to say, but there are ranges for each exercise and I always encourage you to start small and build. I’ve had people who are brand new, seasoned gym goers AND newly postpartum find success here!

How is the program delivered?

I use a coaching app called True Coach - You can download it to your phone and the workouts show up there - you’ll get email reminders, you can track your progress and there’s a messaging system for communication with me!

How long is the program?

The program is progressive, so I will add a new block as you complete the previous one! Each block is 6 weeks total to allow time to ADAPT and PROGRESS.

Minimum commitment is 4 months.

I think the program is great for getting (back) into weight training. The movements aren't technically hard and the number of exercises is good. Loving the ability to easily move dates around. This is a HUGE plus in my world. (Lauri)
